PlanForge offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription details, pricing, and cancellation policies are available on our Pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles refunds.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for subscription purchases are provided at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We generally consider refund requests within 14 days of the purchase date for specific reasons, such as accidental subscriptions or if the service materially fails to meet the descriptions provided on our website. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction after active use of the service, or any use beyond a trial or minimal evaluation period. After the 14-day window, refunds are only available if required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis and are not assured.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@planforge.co or through your account dashboard. You must provide your subscription details, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence we may require. We reserve the right to deny requests that appear abusive or in violation of these terms. Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Taxes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may request account deletion at any time.

13. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Summary: Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel in settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel, go to your account settings or contact support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods, but you may be subject to early termination fees as detailed in our Pricing page.

14. Data Ownership and Usage

All data you input into PlanForge remains your property. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services, analytics, and other business purposes, without identifying you or your specific data.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government actions.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlanForge. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
